Terms of Service/Service Agreement

By hiring us to service your system, you agree and understand that the initial price quoted prior to the beginning of work does not include any tasks that may present themselves later on. This includes additional materials necessary to complete repairs or replacements. You agree by hiring us, to hold Willhite and Sons Plumbing, LLC and or WASP Leaks and Drains as well as it's representatives, employees or contractors - harmless for parts that are corroded or unreliable for completion of slated work to be completed. You nearby authorize Willhite and Sons Plumbing, LLC, WASP Leaks and Drains, and any of its representatives, employees or contractors to perform proposed work and agree to all of this agreements terms and conditions above and below this amazing cowboy image. You acknowledge that payment for your invoice is due upon receipt.

Terms and Conditions

It is hereby agreed that WASP Leaks and Drains, a Willhite and Sons Plumbing, LLC Company, Is not responsible for the following:
1. Damage caused to the customers property as a result of obtaining access to and exposing plumbing and drainage systems.

2. Additional Plumbing work beyond that specifically mentioned in your estimate and/or Invoice or proposal including but not limited to , that which may be required because of pre-existing plumbing code violations or additional work revealed to be necessary as a result of performing specific work.

3. Any repairs, installation, removal or replacement of non-plumbing items or activities including but not limited to: concrete, paving, asphalt, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, patios, pools, shrubbery, grass lawns, fences, electrical wiring, and fixtures, painting, decorations, plastering, sheetrock, and other wall coverings, glass, carpentry, mill work, cabinets, floors, carpeting, floor surfaces and preparation, roofing, flashing, sheet metal gutters, downspouts, brick, stonework, extension walls, steel and other framework.

4. Damage Caused to your (the customers) plumbing system by sewer and drain cleaning equipment when such is caused by pre-existing defects in such plumbing systems.

You, the customer, accepts full responsibility for the prompt payment of all costs of this agreement even though customer may intend to obtain reimbursement from others such as landlords, tenants, insurance companies, home warranty companies, and tort fears.

Any Proposal, Estimate, Invoice or contract and said specifications shall not be altered and modified except by written agreement between the parties hereto and verbal understandings and agreements with representatives shall not be binding unless set forth in writing from Willhite and Sons Plumbing, LLC.
